Stroke outcome data for public reporting
St. Mary Medical Center’s stroke volume and outcomes data is publicly reported according to stroke care requirements by The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and The American Heart Association/Stroke Association Get with the Guidelines Program.
St. Mary Medical Center has consistently been recognized with the American Heart Association GWTG Award, including most recently the 2025 Get With The Guidelines® – Stroke Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus Quality Achievement Award. This award recognizes door-to-needle times within 45 minutes for at least 75 percent of applicable patients and door-to-needle times within 30 minutes for at least 50 percent of applicable patients.
