Amanda MastersAmanda Masters, CRNP, started her journey in health care as a labor and delivery nurse—where she quickly discovered a deeper calling. Driven by the desire to make a broader impact on her patients’ lives, Amanda pursued advanced training to become a women’s health nurse practitioner. She is the newest member of the Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group’s obstetrics and gynecology practice and sees patients in Langhorne and Yardley, Pa.

“My passion for women’s health began during my undergraduate studies, when I learned about the significant disparities in maternal health,” Amanda explains. “I felt a strong call to action, which led me to begin my career as a labor and delivery nurse. That experience deepened my commitment and inspired me to become a women’s health nurse practitioner, so I could care for women across every stage of life.”

Amanda’s passion for equitable, compassionate care continues to guide her work. She is especially energized by the evolving landscape of women’s health and the role of research in shaping better outcomes. “I love how research continues to move women’s health forward,” she says. “It gives us new tools and insights to care for our patients in ways that are more effective, compassionate and personalized.”

  • Most memorable moment: “My most memorable moment was the day I found out I had passed my boards to be a nurse practitioner,” she shares. “Later that day, my fiancé proposed! It was such a special day filled with so much happiness and signified the start of our new future.”
  • Favorite vacation spot: “I love to go to the beach for vacation,” Amanda explains. “Some of my best memories are swimming in the ocean all day with my family and friends, then ending the day with a big family dinner together.”
  • How she spends her free time: She loves to bake, go to fun workout classes, and spend time with her family, friends and fiancé.
