When I called on the phone your staff person (a woman) was so caring. She made certain to take my info and find out when Dr. Cairone would be coming into the practice ( he had operated on my spine 5 years ago & was no longer at his previous practice). She followed up on that call and made an appointment that worked for me. What a kind woman.

It was a good experience all around

That was first time visit, and wanted him more explain to me details. However, he knew what is he doing so he didn鈥檛 care about patient. Seemed more focused on teaching intern (he never introduce her to us). Asked my other issue but he didn鈥檛 say much about it, then recommended PT. Too quick exam and careless, treated me like a manikin.
