As a medical provider, regardless of the situation or the request we as patients expect some empathy, besides the reason for the patient鈥檚 visit you never know what else is going on or if there another issue more like mental health that it hasn鈥檛 been addressed. Need to give some importance to postpartum care

La verdad no puso inter茅s sobre la raz贸n por la cual fui a consultar me envi贸 a la enfermera y ella no hizo mucho intento por limpiar el o铆do s贸lo intent贸 dos veces llamo al doctor y el doctor opt贸 por enviar referencia a un especialista
The only areas of improvement for me would be that I have not been advised of vaccines/physicals I should be getting (but maybe I don't need any at this time) I've been advised by others to get a pneumonia vaccination and shingles, but Dr. Ramirez has not advised me to do so. I also have bad anxiety, and sometimes I'm concerned Dr. Ramirez is reluctant/concerned about providing me with certain medications to bridge changes in my daily anxiety medication. I understand his concern; however, I need to be able to function on a daily basis and I'd to believe I have proven it is something I do not abuse.

Offer more tele-health visits if It is just going to be us speaking for a few minutes.
It's nothing against the provider personally, but there was a lack of consideration for my time since the visit was not only late, it was no longer a video visit. And I don't even necessarily mind that, but if the phone call to verify that I even conducted an appointment was going to only be 4 minutes, it would have been nice for it to be on time. Especially considering my refill was denied by Dr. Gutierrez and the only way I was able to get additional refills was to do this appointment to begin with. And I still need clarification as to WHY a rescue inhaler prescription would be denied given my medical history.

He listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. You genuinely feel like you matter and your concerns are importance to him. He doesn鈥檛 mind answering questions and helping you understand what鈥檚 going on with your health.
I feel very comfortable with this doctor. I feel confident with his advice and care. I believe he will do his best to help me keep my health on track
