The telemedicine experience was excellent. It was the best method for having that particular type of consult. Very relaxed and conversational (and not rushed).

I like to wish she treated me understood me explain things to me because I was very uncomfortable about the situation that I was dealing with. Saint Francis needs a new provider at the Greenhill location. The service is horrible. Front desk staff and everyone else did do an amazing job!
