She recorded the wrong BP. She never called in the medication I came in for. She never provided the NECESSARY documents for me to sign, to receive the medication. I had to return the NEXT day-because they never answered the phone! 1 FULL hour on hold. I walked into the office, still on hold, and the receptionist, was doing nothing!
