The nurse practitioner is. very attentive and listen. to me as the patient. that I rather stay healthy then. to. be sick or dependent on. pills. She listened very well. as I explained my history. and we came up with a good plan. Stay healthy.

this provider was not available for 3 months when I needed medical advice. Also colleagues were not available.

I understand that people have personal reasons for being unavailable, but my last two or three appointments with Dorothy were canceled.

I have to say, this is the worst experience I've had here. There definitely has been a downgrade of services. I may have to change where I go. I always went to Fitz, had my three children here. I really do not want to change, but I may have no other choice.

I continue to receive great care from my provider Dorothy Alveranga she has always been thoughtful,caring and understanding with me. Receptionist is great with checking in always professional, the assistants always does a great job.
