I also want to add that my experience did not reflect what others had described. Many people mentioned how nice she was, which made the interaction even more surprising and confusing, as it felt completely different in person.For example, when my mom shared that she has fibroids and has had five children, Britney responded by asking, “How old are you?” in a way that came across as rude and dismissive. It felt abrupt and lacking empathy. There are more respectful and considerate ways to ask that kind of question, especially in a medical setting.That moment, along with the overall tone of the visit, contributed to an experience that felt uncomfortable rather than supportive.
