Previously, I saw Michelle and I was a BIG fan. I was very upset when she left the practice. I transferred to Allison. I don't like seeing a Dr. unless I absolutely have to. My last appointment with Allison went very well. She looked at the issue I was having, referred me to what appears to be a very good specialist (with great online ratings and reviews), worked well with giving me medication to prevent further issues until I get to the specialist to get further tx. Allison is also very responsive when you send a message in MyChart regarding referrals or appointment follow up questions. I very much appreciate that.

Lack’s bedside manner, needs to listen to patient concerns. Walked in the door before she even saw my daughter and diagnosed her with what she thought she had and stuck with that diagnosis even after talking to my daughter. Overall not warm, fuzzy or approachable.. We are switching Doctors.

She did not go over all aspects of my bloodwork. She didn’t really say much of anything to me, only asked me questions and typed answers into the computer. She was very dry and uncaring. I went through a traumatic ordeal with bloodwork results a few days prior and she didn’t even talk about what could have caused it or didn’t seem to care that everything turned out fine. The nurses there were much more caring and friendly.
