Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic expands primary care access with Springfield location

Springfield, Pa. (May 6, 2026) – Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is excited to announce a new primary care practice in Springfield, increasing access to comprehensive, community-based care in Delaware County.

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group Primary Care Springfield is located at 905 W. Sproul Road, Suite 100, Springfield, PA 19064. The projected opening for the location is July 2026.

The new practice offers primary care services, in addition to general, breast and vascular surgery.

The primary care providers who will be at this location include Namir Kosa, MD; Jesse Coale, PA; Patti Ferro, NP; and Shormeh Otsin, MD.
