With nearly 30 years of experience, Nancy Fan, MD, a Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic obstetrician-gynecologist at Saint Francis Women’s Center Greenhill, continues to find motivation in caring for women through the continuum of their care from reproductive health through post-menopausal years.
Looking ahead, Dr. Fan is energized by the direction her specialty is taking.
“There are more women in the field, and they can elevate the importance and significance of quality care and research that supports optimal women’s health,” she explains.
She believes this growing representation brings fresh perspectives and a stronger commitment to advancing care for women.
Dr. Fan also finds daily inspiration from her colleagues at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. “My fellow labor and delivery and surgical team helps elevate the level of care that I’m able to provide for my patients,” she shares.
“I always encourage patients to be curious and informed about their health,” Dr. Fan shares. “If you come across information online or elsewhere, bring it to your appointment so we can talk it through together. Understanding your concerns and where you’re getting your information helps us build a strong, trusting relationship and make the best decisions for your care.”
