Jenny Pittappilly, CRNP, is a Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic family medicine nurse practitioner at Primary Care Yardley. She is passionate about helping patients take charge of their health through prevention and education. She focuses on building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them make confident, informed decisions about their health.
Jenny was drawn to family medicine because of its focus on proactive care and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in her community.
“I was inspired by the opportunity to provide primary prevention and education to those in my community,” she shares. “I believe that empowering patients with the right tools and knowledge is the most effective way to improve long-term health and well-being.”
She sees profound progress in how care is shifting across her field.
“I am most excited about the move toward holistic care that prioritizes keeping people healthy rather than just treating illness,” she explains. “This can significantly improve the quality of life for our entire community.”

- Most memorable moment: “Becoming a mother,” she shares. “Welcoming my daughter and then my son has given me a much deeper level of empathy that I bring into my practice every day.”
- Favorite vacation spot: Anywhere with a beach.
- How she spends her free time: Spending time with her husband, children and dog, visiting local parks, exploring nature and hiking.
- Something patients would be surprised to learn: “I’m a local,” she explains. “I live here in Yardley, so you might run into me at the grocery store or in the park with my family.”
“One piece of advice that I often give patients is to listen to your body and make your physical and mental health a priority,” Jenny says. “Taking small proactive steps today is the best gift you can give your future self.”
