She does speak very quickly. The visit does feel rushed.

I learned I need to compartmentalize this provider into the category of going just for labs since she only looks at out of normal ranges and offers medications without providing information on how diet and exercise can improve numbers. I will seek out other places to get information on healthcare improvements.

I waited in the exam room for almost an hour, but maybe that was because it was the end of the day and Dr John was backed up.
