Meet Julia Dovgy, DO

An inaugural graduate of the St. Mary Family Medicine Residency Program, Julia Dovgy, DO, is a product and servant of her community. Dr. Dovgy grew up in Bristol, Pa., and attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her training at St. Mary Medical Center. As a first-generation Ukrainian American, Dr. Dovgy embodies the very spirit of the Family Medicine Residency Program; she represents and reflects the community she grew up in and now serves.

Dr. Dovgy sees patients at the St. Mary Family Medicine office in Feasterville and teaches medical students from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as serves the residency program as a core faculty member. This community is Dr. Dovgy's, and her career is a full-circle example of family medicine at St. Mary—raised in the community now recast to serve.
