Recipe: Sweet Potato Dip
1 large sweet potato
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. Cajun seasoning, salt free or no salt added
1∕8 tsp. sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake sweet potato for 45 minutes or until completely cooked and soft.
- Let cool completely. Remove skin from sweet potato.
- In a food processor fitted with a standard blade, puree with honey, cinnamon, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
