Recipe: Roasted Broccoli Rabe

½ lb. broccoli rabe (about 20 stalks)
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. sea salt
Olive oil spray


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with a silicone liner or aluminum foil. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except for olive oil spray together. Spritz lined cookie sheet with olive oil. Spread broccoli rabe onto cookie sheet without crowding.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
